Grandad would have approved. Started in 1925. Survived the Great Depression and bought 6 farms over the next 60 years.
He probably thought that being cheap was the reason he could buy 6 farms. Had a grandmother that had similar ideas.
Had a neighbor that bought a farm he had been farming, used gov’t payment for down payment and mortgage payments were cheaper than rent. Times have changed. |
