And until a person is having trouble breathing or gets dehydrated, those recommendations are spot on.......Oh and stay at home so you don’t spread it.
I would add that there’s no evidence to say you cannot take ibuprophen or even aspirin. A very early report warned against taking anything but Tylenol/acetaminophen, but that hasn’t been confirmed that I can find anywhere.
