A really interesting thing that was discussed was the effectiveness of a vaccine.  The people that need the vaccine the most, those with compromised immune systems, have the poorest immunoresponse to a vaccine. In other words the people that need the protection will get the poorest response to a vaccine. For a vaccine to work to provide immunity, there has to be a immune response to the vaccine. A poor response means not much immunity built up.
