Thanks for the reply mcline. I'm glad it sounds possible and would be a cheaper option than buying all new clutches. Thinking more about it, we already have a Seed Sense 20/20 and it will be capable of running seed clutches next year. I would think it would be of similar design structure as an EZ-boom, so would be also capable of running our John Deere 1780 factory electric clutches. Do you see any problems with that set-up?

If you would be willing to set-up the relay and give me more specific directions or diagrams to get this done I would be willing to make it worth your time. Might be something that others would be interested in too!


It isn't hard to do it all. Just need some simple automotive relays and some wire. I'll see if I can't make up a diagram for it.
