Vermeer brought down a self-propelled baler to let us play with it a few days before the hay field day we are having next wednesday. It was quite the deal! The factory rep gave a little class on the machine and let us look it all over, and then one at a time we each got to bale up 4 or 5 bales. It was really impressive - amazing how smoothly it rides baling hay at 12 miles per hour. It even has a fridge in the cab. Come down next week and drive it yourself!
