Data from your old phone can be stored in 4 different places- On your phone's internal memory, the phone's sd card or sim card or somewhere in the cloud. If the data is on a card, you can insert that card into any phone to pull off the data. The data from the sd card can be read by most card readers as well. The other 2 spots are more hit and miss...

If the data is in internal memory you may be able to plug it into a computer to see if you can access your files. If it's stuck in a loop that won't allow a connection, you could try a hard/master reset https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=lg+lucid+hard+r... to see if it will fire up...

You could also check to see what google has for a backup. Your phone should have a Gmail address associated with it. Log into that gmail account - If you know your email address you can reset your password... then just look online to see what Google has stored...Verizon has there own version on a cloud backup- If you use them you a call to your local dealer may work, too.

good luck -jim
