Corn rally pre report??? Unheard of. No way those reports don’t get leaked imo. I smell a rat! Election year. Everything is political. USDA numbers are basically made up so can be anything they want.
Even if USDA shocks everyone, doubt it will last long without some serious heat or drought news soon.
