These 4 words quoted are an off label application and shouldnt be forgiven on. Even with a 3 mph wind, its an off label application and it is an inexcusable offense. Doesnt matter on wind speed or buffer, it was in illegal application.
Too many applicators still dont get this, 3 years into it.
