| Oh boy you opened a can of worms on here.... Some will be compassionate and others will berate you and make excuses... I also have a bunch of damage 100-200 Ac pretty bad and still see cupping on another 200 that dissipate with distance away from the worst. In my situation I contacted the parties that I thought were the culprits and they all denied. I contacted state chemist and am awaiting report but have had multiple agronomists have a look see and all say Dicamba damage. As far as I know next step after report confirmation is to send a letter to applicators notifying them to turn it into their insurance and if they aren’t compliant with that I’m told next step is to go legal at that point which hopefully it doesn’t. It sucks for everybody but the chem company is the real problem they put out a faulty product that still moves too much. It does work but not safe enough if next to non Dicamba crops. | |
