I informed them the Kyocerra was a Verizon phone in the first place before they sent the sim card. Couldn't set up voicemail was my problem, for reasons CC had no explaination.
I understood they use 2 major networks.
At this point my major question is does a more expensive phone have a better receiver, or what ever it is that may "make it work", lol!
