Ohio started opening up around the 15th and has opened up further since. The dashboard on the link shows the CUMMULATIVE cases and deaths and you can look at hospitalizations on a daily tally. As I see it, there has been no change in new cases and a decrease in hospitalizations. IMO, shutting down this long and continuing will not have any effect on CV19 cases as the data shows.
