SW WI | I do not know what the official numbers are for the whole state. I follow my local 5 county area as reported by a local TV station. It resembles the last couple of weeks of the safer at home order...1 here a couple there ...not a big blow up.
The initial close up had many wondering, where is it. For a long time zero new cases after the 1st few. Then as the lock down continued it was the 1 here, 1 there deal.
But officially when WI takes Milwaukee, Madison and GB into the numbers I think the cases are up
Edit: poor wording on my part...of course the numbers are up but at what rate of climb. Unofficially just what my back yard says...the same rate
