The actual LP gas hose has small perforations in the outer coating. It is my understanding that it can bubble hydraulic hose and cause failure.
We make most of our own hydraulic hoses but I can't even figure out if I could crimp the LP hose with our machine.
I certainly don't want to burn the place down to save a couple bucks.
