Judging by the good ammonia availability we had when everyone was running hard in SWND, I made the assumption that a good chunk of the rest of the state was too wet and not going.  We may be under a D1 drought, but not too many guys are desperate for rain after the 10" we got in Sept and Oct.  If western ND would have had normal snow and rain this winter and spring, we would have been fighting mud and looking at a lot of PP also.  We managed to finish corn right before the rain, except for 140 acres that is too wet and might get planted sometime in June if the drought gets to D2.
