In that case, you might want to look into that. $2,400 seems like enough to spend an hour or two on the phone. Don't deposit these checks, though.
However, if you don't really care about the money now, and the IRS really did screw up and didn't send you the money, you'll be able to claim the balance as a tax credit on your 2020 tax forms, and you'd get the money then. |
