I would agree. The cowherd doesn’t match the processing capacity. It looks like 1000 dollars profit per carcass isn’t enough incentive to encourage additional invest in processing capacity immediately. Tough times still ahead. Now that they’ve provided payments , get what you legally are entitled to to offset the next disaster.
