I think the estrogen thing is played up quite a bit but hey why not. I can’t think of anyone I know going away from red meat, I poked a meatless ball in the grocery store and shivered, light brown and the texture looks a lot like dried vomit.. It’d take a lot of sweet and sour to hide that puppy.
