coast of Maine | Its not beef.Its a halibut steak,friend just caught off Vinalhaven,I think this fish weighed near a hundred lbs.His biggest 150 this week.We will chunk it up to 1 lb pieces and freeze.Here its about 15 $ lb from the fisherman. Actually barely shrinks when cooked,its difficult to eat a one lb steak,it takes two hungry people.
