NW Washington | Did you cover the edges of the plywood with strips of solid wood, they will stand out if you did not cover them. Paint should stick to the plywood without much trouble. If you use a water based paint it will raise the grain on the wood on the first coat which you will have to sand off before applying the second coat. Use of a primer for the first coat would be a good idea. | |
