Kingston,Mi | A lot of solutions that possibly would work involved using the gyro's in the gps, downside is how hard is it to access the code and then use it. I am thinking that an artificial plane defined by 3 points on the tractor such as a triangle of sensors mounted on the roof or a sensor near the front axle and 2 on the rear axle, would provide a relatively stable reference plane. Even though the reference plane is in motion, its parameters of each sensor are fixed as in the height above ground level. The difference between the plane established by the fixed sensors and the results from the sensors on the dynamic plane would be the calculated results displayed.
I have no idea how much math and programming this possible solution would entail. With this level of ignorance, I should run for public office! | |
