I'll try to find my original poo600 manual and post the directions on here.

I already did.

Configure your GPS offset. Enter header width. Enter target working width. Measure/enter the header offset. Done.

The autoguidance manual is VERY thorough and provides tips for verification, etc.

The yield monitor manual is more straightforward:

Header Center Offset
The Yield Monitor application uses the center line of
the combine as the default center line of the header.
If the header center line is offset from the combine
center line, this offset value must be accurately
entered to correctly map harvest and coverage data.
Do not guess this value.

Locate the combine center line – the center of the
front fixed axle.

Locate the platform header center.

Measure the distance between the two center lines.
