Not sure how old I was when that started. Pretty sure dad was who, though. Your boy is working on that bike the hard way, though. Much easier to stand the bike upside down on the handlebars/seat and work on it standing up. I was an expert bike mechanic at probably just a year or two older. I never got a new bike, I always got my cousins old worn out bikes and had to fix them to ride them. Patrick
