Sometimes the neighbor will rent it for way more than what you know it'll produce.
Business decisions should be just that, business decisions.
For the last several years a guy could have a cash rent auction Jan 1 and make more than you could produce yourself. Farmers from outside counties jump all over our crap dirt.
Sick of farming.
