If your hearts not in it this year and you might be thinking of retiring/semi retiring in the next few years and have a person in mind to rent your place, go for it for a year. You might find out this is what you want to do or figure out in a year you're not ready to hang your pliers up yet. Talk it over with your wife and kids maybe first
