| A 9 day nationwide dump is a 3% loss of production throughout the US. I think most of the surplus milk in the US may be gone at that point. Covid WILL break in these plants unless someone wants to live in complete denial it is going on there. Unfortunately if we want to be perfect about producing and processing food in a completely Covid free enviroment this could go on for weeks. That metric will not work in the food industry, and I hope common sense prevails. If it doesn't food prices won't be cheap for long. Then we will have some real problems... | |
