C IL | Believe there were separate cases in different states. The IL producers were in an action yet-to-be-heard until the master settlement agreement combined all current and pending cases into the agreement, unless you specifically opted out.
There were many chances along the way to sign up with an attorney and join the revolution but as I recall I only received one notice, post settlement, that I was now a member of a class and had to specifically opt out otherwise I was included. | |
