I didn’t do anything until I received a postcard, post-settlement, that I was a class member unless I specifically opted out.
At that point, doing nothing opted me in, doing nothing cost Syngenta nothing extra, and I had already been leveraged by counsel as a member of the class to extort this money from Syngenta. Why not ‘do nothing’ and opt in. So that’s what I did.
