Better check with whoever does your nmp. Definitely times and places manure has to be incorporated but in long term notill it's pretty open to surface apps. Do check the C:N ratio on that stuff. I know separated manures are really high so there can be no or little N credit. I have not dealt with digested manure so can't say for sure.
