I had lunch at the Giant Artichoke a couple years ago. Sorry, can't help with the sunflower question. Arent the strawberry fields in Watsonville incredible? They'll lay plastic straight up a hill and down the other side. In the east that would wash away. Guess it doesn't matter if you hardly ever see rain.
