I'm sure the program has some value to some. Around me, it seems to be refered to as more of a joke than anything.
At a marketing meeting a week ago, the presenter asked if anyone signed up for Acre. Then he laughed, said he hoped we understood it, he sure couldn't make sense of it. Then he said the meetings he has been to, very few have signed up, he hears that it is not a real popular thing. Perhaps 2 in the room had signed up a farm. He was going to present a recorded lecture on Acre, but so many groaned & said forget about it that he went back to marketing topics instead.
Just how it is around here.
