| If you had them spray generics, you'd be out of luck here. If you had them spray brand name chemicals and the weeds that escaped were on the label as controlled, the co-op would put you in touch with the company chemical sales person and you would have to negociate a settlement with them. Here you would likely get the money for the chemical back, but that is it. No reimbursment for additives or application costs, or lost yield due to poor chemicals. | |
