SO do you think I'm wasting all this fung. and insecticide by not getting a very good penetration? IF so I"m gonna stop and get some different tips.

I hope that I didn't give the impression that you could make the foliage "wet" at the bottom of the canopy and that if you didn't, you wasted your money. I plan to spray Headline and a Warrior equivalent on my full season beans because the data in KY shows that it pays more often than not and that data is based on using the nozzles and pressures you've mentioned. I suppose that with wet conditions and higher priced beans that it should have better odds of paying off this year. I would add that the insecticide is a must if you want to increase the odds of the fungicide paying dividends based on research in our area.

edit: I'll add one more tidbit. If you really want to blast it on, buy an air assisted sprayer. It only takes $$$.
