What I do is create a master file with summary formulas and such, including all the formatting I want. It includes a table with column headings that match the csv. Each time I download the csv, I clear the table of previous data and paste the fresh data (without the first row of column headings) into it.

It will only take a minute or so to accomplish this once you have the master file set up.
