Subject: Re: old days and old combines

Martinsville, Ohio
Our first combine was a 40 Edible Bean, what a piece of crap. Course it was wore out before dad got it. Wouldn't you know we had 70 beans that year, can't do it now.

That I bought my E, EIII,K, K2, F, F2. Much more to my liking but I do like the rotors. I like the Lexion but it is so expensive and hard to get parts for. The Ih is great machine but one dealer with parts 110% and no help. AGCO not much better but I like it. Just don't like the Deere design, been inside out of that thing and it is too rough for me.

To each his own. You spend part of a million dollars for a planter tractor and combine, wouldn't you think they would make what you need?
