Grandpa calls it God's country, NEIA | Is there anyway to protect yourself financially?? If you want to get married?? I've heard people say Pre-Nups but I've heard they can get broken with the right amount of legal work. The horror stories a person hears people going through almost makes me cringe. Only solutions I can come up with is, dont get married. But does a person want to spend their whole life alone? It's such a double edged sword.
And let's throw this scenario out there
Let's say you get married, and 5 years down the road as a couple you buy 160 acres. And Say you had 950,000 in debt 5 years later you get a divorce. If the debt half hers? Or can you get stuck with the whole thing? It's just a question because I have no idea how this works.
