Southeast Colorado | So how do you dynamically balance a rotor. Is that something the dealer can do? Our 2388 does this same thing. This year in wheat harvest the vibration really got bad but the front bearing had started falling apart so we stopped and changed it. I was in hopes that it would take our entire vibration away but it didn't. In corn at slower rpms you don't even notice it but crank her up to 800 and she really vibrates. We've only had this combine for two years and I'm afraid I might be finding out why someone got rid of it. It just might not be the first rotor bearing to go out. | |
