SC Iowa | when the LDP program was first instituted, how many people were highly aware of all the details??
As I recall it took awhile for most folks to fully understand and max the value of LDP..
I do understand that there are a lot of rules that apply to a minority of issues that have yet to be totally resolved, but fail to understand why we should expect FSA to give farmers the guidance to say yes or no to the program....
Everyone has their own set of yields, info, and landlord issues to consider...
For those on the fence, maybe do a farm or two this year and learn the ropes??
