we bale straw behind our combine , by the time we get the straw up we have really packed the ground . so we really have to push our beans in the ground and some of the end rows still dont have a perfect stand. in my opinion a lot of irregular bean stands are due to alot of ground compaction. thats why we rip all of our bean ground in the fall and winter so it wont affect our corn stand and yield
