Honestly if you are wanting to farrow pigs I would look at the nimann ranch program. I think you could make a pretty good profit farrowing the pigs and raising them. I work with one guy who buys his feeder pigs for the program and he is paying $90/hd at for 12-18# pigs and he is making a pretty good profit doing it that way.
