SeMN | Yeah , at face value it looks unfair, but just because ground is fit for a day or 2 , it can still be prevent plant . There is no way to plant all your acres in a day or 2 , so something will get left somewhere. There is no way an insurance company can regulate or know if a farmer had a chance to plant and didn’t, just to collect pp. I saw the same thing in 2013, I could have planted the neighbors field while waiting for some of my ground to dry out. | |
