For here 80% is low, I think 85% or below needs a mark on the bag that denotes below normal germ. All the soybean seed I have planted recently was listed as 90% unless otherwise noted. One smaller non-gm seed company did put actual germination on soybean bags, the one year I think was 96.4% (or so) germ.
I will get some pictures of some ofthe bags I plant tomorrow and put them up. If I can. If I remember. I already disposed of some but still have a couple of them. |
