If I had the $1,000,000 dollars in my account. I surely would not buy 155 tillable acres for a measly 2.43 % return. There are a lot better places to put your money. I made a 1/4 of your whole years worth of income on that 155 acres in the first 3 months of this year with only $55,000 in one of my 401K.
