Glasgow, Ky | Part of the time in my public job for 20 years I had the responsibility for managing 20+ people. Generally they were good workers but having the responsibiliy for their safety and getting the work done correctly and in a timely manner was stressful. On top of that you had personal issues between them to deal with. After work getting home and dealing with farming issues didn't seem bad at all. That being said I have no desire to farm on a scale requiring several employees. I much prefer doing things myself. I enjoy that more.
No planting yet but hope to start next week.
