southern MN | Fuel, fertilizer, iron, some chemicals are all up from 2018.
Grain prices are down from 2018, that can change but it doesn’t look it so far.
We are told we won’t get the bonus bean payment we got last year.
In my neighborhood had a miserable start to the year last year, sitting here in the remains of a blizzard it’s worse than it was last year.
I don’t see where we are going to be more profitable than we were last year, seems like blue sky, pipe dream, someone threw a dart blindfolded? Where does that projection come from?
It would be nice to get near 3%, I don’t want to be greedy!
