Yup always made me laugh a little. In PA I have to register and pay title switching on a 1500 pickup but can buy any piece of farm machinery that costs way more and nothing needed. Atleast insurance company has my serial numbers......then on common cattle (registered stuff different) it's nothing....nothing at all we don't even use brands here.
