| I know of a guy that sold two loads of cattle to a guy. The buyer files bankruptcy the next day before the check clears. The seller learns that he is out the cattle with no payment. Another day or two later the seller sees his opportunity to load out the two loads of cattle that he "sold" him. He loads them out and then is charged with stealing the cattle. He spent one year in jail for taking back his cattle that somebody had stole from him. Sometimes the laws are written to protect the wrong guy.
