Jewell County KS | I put up a mile last spring with the rachet tighteners. I hav a few gates in line so ended up with 4 stretches with ratchets. So far I like it and should be able to keep the fence tight easier. I tie the tensioner on the barbwire 4 feet or so from the corner post and put a piece of high tensile from the tensioner to the post and wrap the high tensile up to tighten the wire. I also used high tensile and a ratchet for the brace wire in a figure 8 pattern. Time will tell I giess | |
