I simply feel I am not qualified enough to salute them, that honor should be between them, I am not worthy to participate. I try to keep my verbal thanks low key, simple and honorable. I hope that conveys the pride I have for our military, and the thanks I feel for their having sacrificed part of their life so America stays free.
However we show our gratitude is fine with me, just my thoughts.
