This is the 30th Yr that I have used Fehringer.   I think he has made me money every year.  It takes  2-3 years of working with a Agronomist to "learn" how both sides work together.  1 of the large reasons I use Neal is he is NOT SELLING any product. He recomends . what he thinks is needed  to make YOU money, not to pad his bottom line. He seems more concerned about Your Bottom line  than throwing money away.

He may know more about the land you are looking at.   He started working for Greytec (sp) 40 years ago, then went private..
