let her take things at her own pace. push a little but not much.. have seen to many kids with the height advantage slowly lose out as the other girls come up to her size.. Its easy for her now as a taller girl with some athletic ability. That might change it might not. it's all in the genes. Long way to go from now till maturity ,she has the drive so that's a plus. You can't practice size and you can't practice speed. At least not much.. You either have it or you don't.

Hope she does exceptionally well
